Our site builder, standard hosting, merchandise shop, and all the promotional features of your ON THE STAGE website are always free. We do make a small profit on ticket fees and merchandise—but don’t worry, you’ll set your own prices and decide whether to absorb the fees or pass them on to your patrons.

Fee Structure, Explained.

  • Fees Added On: Your patron pays the nominal fees on top of the ticket price. This is the best practice and an industry standard for ticketed events.
  • Fees Included: Your organization absorbs the fees, the patron pays the advertised amount and nothing more. Consider increasing your ticket price by $1-2 to keep your profit margin the same as with the Fees Added On structure.
